Digital workshop for founder-led businesses

you know the friction
whomaguy knows digital tools
we fabricate your solution

Whomaguy is a consulting practice for founder-led brands — operators who built the thing, run the thing, and know exactly where the friction is. Two disciplines, one relationship: marketing that actually performs, and the digital systems behind it that actually scale. No agency theater & no vendor sprawl. No discovery call about a discovery call. Just solutions from hour one.

Who this is for

Built for the awkward stage.

You're past scrappy. But you're not yet big enough to hire a dedicated CMO or CTO. You're somewhere between $500K and $10M in revenue, and the gap between what your business needs digitally and what you have time to build yourself widens every quarter. That gap is our work.

This is probably you if:

  • You're the founder. The buck stops with you.
  • Your CMO was determined by age (ascending).
  • That marketing kinda works, but you can't quite explain why.
  • Your tech stack is a couple of apps and a prayer.
  • Your dashboards lie to you, or they don't exist at all.
  • You need a builder, not a slide deck about building.
What we do

Two disciplines, one relationship.

Marketing that performs.

We rebuild the marketing engine so you can stop guessing. Attribution that actually attributes. Funnels that show which lever moved which number. Ad accounts that don't burn budget on autopilot. Content systems that turn the work you're already doing into compounding clients.

Systems that scale.

We build the modern digital infrastructure your business runs on. AI that picks up the phone when nobody else can. Internal tools that compress what was days of manual work into a few buttons. Integrations that finally make a hodgepodge of tools talk to each other. A data layer that turns "Uh - I think" into "I know."

How we work

Diagnose. Build. Stay to make sure it holds.

The first conversation is up to one hour. You tell us what's broken; we tell how it can be fixed. If not by us then where/who to start with. If we can, you get a scoped fixed-price proposal in 48 hours — no retainer trap, no vendor lock-in, no team you'll never meet. Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks, and some turn into ongoing partnerships. We let the work decide.

Portrait of Suman
About the founder

One operator. No account manager.

Whomaguy is run by Suman Humagain. I spent 8 years inside the service and e-commerce industry, creating marketing and business systems for businesses like Kasuri and Les Indiennes, before realizing the founders I most wanted to work with were the ones who couldn't afford a full agency or to wait either.

So whomaguy was built. The work is his. The thinking is his. You won't be passed off to an account manager, because there isn't one.

Recent work

Built for and with operators like:

Current and recent engagements span fashion boutiques, independent hospitality, service, and creator-led brands. Detailed case studies launching soon alongside our first publicised wins.

FAQ

The real questions.

What does this actually cost?

Most engagements are between $4,000 and $20,000 depending on scope. Productized offerings have fixed pricing. We send a real number before you sign anything.

Are you an agency?

No. An agency sells you a roster. We are one operator, with a tight network of specialists to connect dots with when the work calls for it.

How do you handle the marketing-vs.-systems split?

Most engagements touch both. The two wings exist so we can scope clearly, not because the work splits cleanly in practice.

What if I just want a one-off deep audit?

That's offered as a productized engagement. Fixed price, 10 business days, written deliverable.

Who do we NOT work with?

Pre-revenue founders, agencies hiring us to white-label, and anyone who needs three rounds of approval before a decision gets made.
